Founder
Meet Kevin Gibson.
Accretion Development was founded by Kevin Gibson, a Southern Indiana resident, father, entrepreneur, strategist, and community advocate with more than 15 years of experience turning ambitious ideas into actionable plans.
Kevin's career has crossed startups, corporate strategy, workforce development, economic development, branding, fundraising, and community-centered initiatives. He has helped organizations secure more than $25 million in funding, shaped strategies for growing companies, built partnerships across the public and private sectors, and helped move complex projects from early ideas toward execution.
His work has consistently required the same capabilities successful development demands: recognizing opportunity, building a compelling vision, aligning diverse stakeholders, assembling resources, solving difficult problems, and maintaining momentum when the path forward isn't obvious.
